Welcome to BYC! That is certainly a fun story! And one expensive Chicken! I love my chickens very much too, and will do as much as I can to help them. I once spent $600 for my chicken to get an X-ray!!! We can definitely relate, as I spend lots to pamper my chickens and offer them the best lives they can have.
