I am grateful I still have my other 10 duckies safe and sound with no injuriesI understand. Poor you. At least you still have the rest, it is even worse to lose them all...

Thank you she was so great I'll miss her very muchI am so sorry for your loss!
She was a beautiful little duck.
I heard foxes will kill everyone and try to haul them off and cache them.
That's horrible, I'm so sorryYes that is what happened to me, I came home one day all of my flock were dead except 2 motherless chicks.
The fox was still there... it just saw red and didn't even eat any.
I'm so sorry for your loss.Hello everyone,
My ducks and I lost a wonderful member of our flock to a bald eagle this weekend. She was truly an amazing duck and will always have a special place in my heart.

She was just 28 weeks old
I have been only doing supervised foraging and playtimes now, they stay in their enclosed pen the rest of the time. The bald eagle came very close yesterday afternoon, if I hadn't been there it would have eaten one of my boys whom didn't run into their house. The rest of my flock ran into their pen right away.
Hope everyone else's birds are doing well,
Kelly
Thank you very muchI'm so sorry for your loss.
My heart goes out to you
That's horrible, I'm so sorry, it's so rough losing one I can't imagine your whole flock

Sounds like a delightful flock I wish them happy long lives with no bald eaglesYes it was very hard. But the two motherless chicks are now healthy, happy little crowers! And we got them more family, and that helped.
Thank you, they are wonderful friends and I will cherish my memories of her foreverPoor baby. I am so sorry for your loss. Ducks are wonderful friends and it’s tough to lose them.
