Hello! A couple years have passed since people contributed to a thread regarding the following heater for chicken coops (see link attached/below). Wondering if any other folks have tried this heater and if it is a danger for the chickens/coop? We live in Chicago and i would like to have an area that they can choose to go to for warmth when it gets terribly cold. Please let me know if anyone has any pros or cons regarding this heat panel. Thank you very much!!! Mollie

That link didn't work, but cross check pricing before buying there. Their Heated Poultry Waterer (Small) $32.50 looks identical to the one I got from Walmart.com last week for about $17 including tax and shipping. Only difference, Walmart calls it a heated dog dish instead of a heated poultry waterer. You can charge more if you put "poultry" in the product name!
