Raising Bobwhite Quail In Tennessee

I have been interested in breeding and raising different types of Bobwhite quail here in Tennessee. I was hoping to be able to sale some birds and eggs. I was just wondering if anyone on here knew the exact permits required to be able to do this. I have searched around for a while and all I see I need is a propagation permit. I also saw something about commercial quail breeder permit but I don't think I have to have that one by my understanding. If anyone has information about any additional permits required please reach out to me. Thanks

I don't live in Tennessee, but your local extension office should be able to help provide information you need, or at least point you in the right direction.
