Hi. New to this web set/group/forum thing. Not new to chickens really, but there is still a ton to learn. Right now I have five ladies. I plan on getting more in late spring when and if mine go broody. I am here to gather information on building a new coop and run that will work for us and the chickens. We have a lot of predators out here...just 40 miles north of Manhattan. Coyotes, fisher cats, foxes, raccoons, hawks, and dogs.

I look forward to reading your ideas and experiences.

    Laura
