raising turkeys for the first time i dont know anything about turkeys!!!!!

we got 3 turkey chicks and 2 seem ok but our chicken chicks are not very nice and the 3rd one chirps a lot
and i'm concerned what do turkeys eat? can someone please tell me? thank you in advance...

Well for food you need a high protein turkey or game bird starter.

turkeys need a feed higher in protein than chick starter. Some game bird feeds with 22% protein can work.
And, you have to really watch turkey chicks the first WEEK and make sure they have learned how and where to eat and drink. Really!
We always had a couple chicks in with the poults and that helped too.

I would suggest at least 26% protein I use 28% for my poults.

I give new ones egg yoke the fresher the better. I have some chickens now that laid egg, broke it for her chicks. I used chicken eggs but will use turkey eggs now as I have them. Turkeys are loud chirpers.
