I swear, every holiday, Birthdays, Christmas, Easter, Mothers Day... you name it.... my husband will come up with something to fight about.....

its just a holiday thing.. I know what you mean, I think it brings back memories and stresses people out and people cant really talk about whats bothering them..

My dad was the same way. Every holiday ended in a fight [IMG]

Everything had to be "perfect" and go as he planned it, and if it didn't work out just right (and most holiday plans don't) he would throw a big fit and be mad the rest of the day. Fun I tell ya.

Fortunately my hubbs isn't the planning/control freak type so holidays are much nicer now.

i seriously need prayers sent my way. i have 2 kids and me and my husband just fight about everything. my daughter is not his child. and i think he takes it out on her sometimes, he hates her real dad. im really getting tired of all of the fights (im pmsing btw i may be overexaggerating but i doubt it)......

we fight about everything..... and we are falling apart. i dont want to lose him, hes been my Best Friend since i was 13. And i dont know if this will work as much as i want it to

Any guy who takes out anger towards another man on your CHILD is not worth your time.

I seriously suggest you move on and get your daughter out of that sucky situation.

It takes 2 to fight...stop fighting with him. If you don't fight back, he has noone to fight with. He's only doing it because he can push your buttons. If you stop letting little things get to you and reacting to his childish behavior, he will give it up.

I grew up with 2 parents who would scream obscenities at each other for hours and then go out to dinner or be laughing about something a little while later. I refused to live like that in my married life and have stuck to it. Hubby and I have been married for almost 20 yrs and we very seldom even have a tiff and theres never been even one instance of name calling or screaming.

Pick your battles...if you really look at what you fight about, you will find most of it to be petty and dumb. Save the fight for the important issues.

Hope everything works out for you!!
