Ordered the Rare Breed assortment thinking it would be fun to guess their breeds, but I’m actually finding it frustrating haha. These are all 7 weeks now and these girls all seem to be identical. I tried to take close ups of wing patterns, combs and feet. I thought they may be Wels, but they have some differences. Thinking Partrdige Penedesenca ? Olive Egger ? Campine ? Legbar ? Cornish ?

I'm thinking Olive Eggers based on beards, leg color, and the hatchery's stock pictures.

I'm taking a different route - my feeling is they're Welsummers. :) Typical wildtype plumage, single comb, and yellow legs.

I don't think they're Olive Eggers; the plumage coloration isn't right for a Welsummer/Cream Legbar cross. Also, I'd think at least one or more would have a crest, since you have three?
Partridge Rocks are much darker, almost more of an even mahogany red. They don't sport salmon chests like your girls, or pumpkin hackles, either. Here's mine at around the same age.

One of my many Welsummers, also the same age:
