some ideas.

the chicken run

the coop .is built with bricks and has a tile roof. the white glass is Plexiglas so cant break in case a dog tries to break it (can take it off in the summer and there is chicken wire behind it)

the tiles are cemented everywhere

1 cm x 2 cm rabbit wire is built in the cement

using special plastic polymer powder with the cement u can built a rock frame around anything and eliminate every gap

round the edges of the runs roof

are your gaps around the roof tiles blocked, as we had that kind of roof and rats climbed up the side of the walls and crept through the gaps into the coop, everything is blocked now, but they are crafty little devils, good luck, nice hen house
