    Alright, I need some imput here. There are about 40 eggs in my incubator right now. A lady told me that any eggs that come to a sharper point on the bottom are most likely Roosters? True or False, and opinions please. ?

    Thanks! I needed to hear that. I have a few pointed eggs in that bator. Tehe! And truthfully I rather have hens. But a roo or two would be alright. [​IMG]

    I've heard this also, mostly from old timers, haven't ever tried it myself to see if true or not.

    It would be interesting to keep track of which chicks hatch from which type of eggs and then follow them until they show their gender. It'd be a bit of work though.
