Just curious can (well rather WILL) a vet neuter/capoon a turkey? What is cost and what is mortality rate? Or any information anyone has pros/cons anything

Background: recently bought turkey eggs 6 hatched wanted to keep 3 as pets but do want to sell some hatching eggs and seems 5 of 6 are boys I'll be trying to sell 3/4 of them if not butcher is what's left and I was wondering if it'd be possible to neuter one and keep 1 in tack and one female live together thanks!

Usually it's hard to find a vet that will even look at a turkey.
Farmers used to caponize their own chickens back in the day for food.
There's a thread in the meat bird forum on caponizing, but caponizing is not for the faint of heart.
