Really red butt, white goo oozing out.

[I am brand new here, and probably have been too graphic in the subject line, if so I apologize.

I have six girls and one of them has lost all her bum feathers, and
I noticed today that something like a small organ is protruding in that area, with white liquid coming out.

She is eating ok, but looks bad down there. I have photos if someone can please tell me how to put them on here.

I need some help.
