Does anyone know if there any specific requirements/paperwork that has to be done to receive eggs in the mail? I was looking on ebay for hatching eggs and saw that many people have statements that they are not responsible for people not having required paperwork. Another said they wouldn't ship to a few states, Virginia being one of them, due to excessive requirements.

I don't want to order eggs and not be able to get them. If you don't know, where would you suggest I look to maybe find the answer?

    Thanks,

    ZuniBee

call your local extension office. they should know what the rules are for out of state eggs being shipped. i know in order to sell birds that go outside of texas, i have to have special paperwork and pay for a permit of some kind.
