Recipes made of just the yolk?

Traditionally, when an Angel Food cake is made (10 whites), the yolks are used to make a pound cake.

You can make mayonnaise with just the yolks.

With just 2-3 yolks, I add them back into the mixture for a quiche and make that with extra egg yolks in it.

If you break them, you can freeze them to use later.
 
I'm making a sponge cake to use up the yolks, then making an angel food cake with the whites.. I have a bunch of duck eggs to use up.. recipe is in the " My Pet Makes Me Breakfast" cookbook from BYC...
