I'm treating a chicken with reoccurring Bumble foot. I need help with antibiotics and there dosage. Injections or feed in water. And length of treatment.
Thank you for the help in advance. Just want to help my lil lady get back up and going strong.

That's a tough one because staph (infection with bumblefoot) is resistant to many antibiotics. Do pack it with Neosporin (topical antibiotic) after removing the pus and core and wrap with vet wrap so it can still get oxygen inside while keeping it clean. I'm sure you already know that but mention it just in case.

You could try Tylan 50 or oxytetracycline injections.

Most bumblefoot infections don't require antibiotics when surgery is done. But penicillin G and erythromycin are about the only feed store antibiotics that would be good for staph. A vet could give you better ones, but I would see if they are necessary first.
