Recovery Time?

    How long would you say it takes for baby chicks to recover from a traumatic start in shipment? In my case this traumatic start was near death, and for many death (5 of 14 have survived). Today is day four for my babies, since arriving from shipping.

    It depends.

    There is no set time.

    Are they striving?
    Continuing to eat/drink and grow?

    Yes, the five appear to be doing wonderful. They've already got to be close to double the size they arrived (they were so tinny).
