Does anyone have any good plans for a cheap recycled coop? I do want it predator proof! All help is appreciated!

A used pre-fab shed (or a similar design to one) may be an option to consider for a few reasons, including cleaning, storing food, accommodating more chickens (ain't that inevitable?) among others. I use my existing shed - i just put a few tree branches for roosts and some plastic basins for nest boxes - sorted! There should be a photo or two if you click on my profile if you are interested.

I used an old camper for my second coop ;)

Good ventilation, windows, nesting boxes already in the cupboards, and the door locks... And it was free :D

Thanks everyone for the advice! I got a chicken tractor and filled it with 6 2-year-old chickens! [IMG]
