Red bump on the top middle part of vent on 4 day old assorted chicks

Is this something I should worry a lot about. Its a small red bump on the top section in the middle of that part. I noticed its mostly on the chicks with pasty butts.

I've cleaned most of the ones with pasty butts before letting them under the heat lamp again but I hadta quit when I noticed most of them were going to nap I left them be because they were freaked out by people moving their brooder and lawnmower starting up.

Is there anything else I should do?

Someone posted something similar to this the other day and some said it was the chicks navel. It hadn't all been absorbed. I'll look for that post to show you.

I saw that early and though some chicks do have scabby navels. I'm talking about the vent.

This is a pic I found of another chickens vent and I put a red dot so its placement would give you guys a better picture
