We have Red Dorking eggs available now. These are very good and can compete at any level. We had best Dorking at the last two APA national shows. They are excellent layers of large white eggs. Ckls maturing at over 8 pounds make very good roasters.Eggs are $20 per dozen.Shipping is $12 for the first dozen and $4 for each additional dozen. Additional photos at "horstmanspoultry.com"

    Hey Mr. Horstman!

I would love to have a dozen eggs, but don't remember if you do Paypal. Please let me know how to send $$$ and I'll get it sent in your direction.

Do you have any of the Rosecomb RIR eggs available right now?

    Thanks,
    Rhonda

    Rhonda:
Thanks for asking about our Red Dorkings. Paypal is [email protected]. I have some orders to fill so it will be the first of January before I can send. Dick

That will be fine Mr. Horstman: My incubators are full right now anyway!
I will send a Paypal tomorrow afternoon. Thanks!

Would you please share some pictures of your show Dorkings? I have never seen the red variety at our local fair, only the silver grey.

    Mr. Horstman,
I am interested in some of your dorking eggs. Do you have any available in the near future?

    Thank you!

Thanks for your interest in our Dorkings. Dorkings are very good winter layers so the waiting list is short. I should have both colors in 1-2 weeks.

Between the silver gray and the red, do you find that one tends to grow larger or faster than the other or that one lays better than the other? I think I understood from you that the red dorking eggs tend to be larger and was just wondering if there were any other differences in utility. ( I am pretty sure i would like two dozen eggs total but was debating silver gray or red (or possibly one dozen of each if you can do that and still combine shipping.). Thank you for your patience!

The Reds grow a little faster but not much. I can do 1 dozen of each and combine shipping.
