Red eared slider had disturbing poop this morning and I need help

Hi guys, I know this is generally not a turtle forum but I figured I’d ask since it has been so helpful for my geese. I found this in the turtle tank this morning. It is probably like 8-9 inches long and looks obviously like a giant worm. Never seen anything like it and I’m freaking out. Please help.

PS I also have a giant gold fish in there who is like 8-9 years old. I’m assuming it came from the turtle but I guess it could have been the fish, although I would think this would have killed the fish.
