I am new to red goldens (first chicks) and was wondering if there was anyone out there who had a good guess on the sexes of these birds? Also, what am I looking for when sexing? Thanks!

Yes a nice trio. The males have a cream color iris(around the eye) and the hens are brown.Plus you can already see the red coming in the males tail.
