Well........let's face it......it's NOT a Whizbang. But it saved me 90% and a couple more minutes. There's a few feathers it won't reach........but for 20 meaties.......I loved it. I don't do it for a livin'! Just for my freezer.

Thanks for the idea...can't wait to show my husband. When we do it ourselves we usually end up skinning them, but that needless to say, makes for a dry bird. The university here in town will do the culls and we can usually make up for what we spend to have it done by selling a few to friends and neighbors, but would rather do it ourselves. It looks like your east and inexpensive plucker is just the ticket! Thanks for sharing.
