Red/orangish poop?

So yesterday on if our 2 week old chicks had some stringy sticky orangish poop. I say sticky because it stuck to him and causes my other chicks to peck at it/him. Is this normal? I looked at a chicken poop chart and but it didn't exactly have what it looked like. Any help? Is the chick ok? Do I need to separate it?

Was it very foul smelling and he's having regular movements as well? Sounds like a cecal poop. They range from yellowy-brown to orangey-brown to dark chocolatey-brown.
