Red poop

I have 5 Rhode Island hens and I need to know what it means when the poop is red had how to find out which one it is

It's running red poop and I don't see anything on the chart that looks like it

Did you scroll down to the pics for abnormal poos toward the bottom of the page where it shows pretty much all red? Does it look like or similar to that?

If so it could (not an expert here just suggesting) be coccidiosis. In which case you will want to get them on a treatment of Corid (amprolium) right away. Water soluble powder or liquid following the dosage chart on this page
