red sex link rooster?

Im trying one last time to make 100% sure that this is a rooster before we give him up

I was told he was a plymouth rock mix and 5 weeks old and a hen, but when I posted pics of him/her in another thread I was told that he/she was a red sex link and a rooster? I have someone who might be interested in taking him/her but I just wanted to make sure before I give him/her away. He/she is so pretty and I just love him/her but we can't keep a rooster here. What do you think

If that photo is when the chick in question was 5 to 6 weeks old, I'd have to say Roo for sure. Dark red comb and nice little wattles forming too. Can't see the legs or stance from the photo. That is a give away too. Long legged, thicker legs, bigger feet, knock knee walk, sort of, upright spine all say rooster.

Thats what I was afraid of. We are all attached to him but we can't keep a rooster. Thank you
