I would treat her with Ivermectin Pour On, dosing info is in the link below

I would also treat all the others with Permethrin spray or dust. Treat the housing as well. Do this in 7 day intervals.
She's the only one wearing a saddle or is that a crop bra? Any reason for the saddle? What's her back look like? Do you have a rooster in the coop too?
I would absolutely check her crop and make sure it's emptying overnight too. Hard to tell in the photos, could be that she's just bare on the crop, but it looks quite pendulous, so I'd make sure it's functioning properly. If it's not, then let us know.
