red vents!

On quite a few of my laying barred rocks I have noticed red vents and a loss of feathers on it.

I have one hen that does like to feather pick, but could something else be doing it because I doubt that just one hen could pick them all over.

If she is the only one without a red bum... it is possible... Have you checked for lice or mites?
