I have 5 Reds in a large wire pen that is above ground. Over the past 2 days, 1 chicken a day has been attacked. Their rear feathers were removed and their hides was greatly torn up. A few tail feathers remained. Both survived and have been removed into seperate holding pens to recover. I suspect the other chickens are doing this. How can I fix this? I really do not want to loose my chickens. They all have been on grower feed for about 3 weeks.
Thanks,
Paul

Are you introducing new chickens into your excisting flock? What are the deminsions of your coop ? They may need more room, crowding causes bad behaviour...
