Regulation on raising quail in Maryland?

Does anyone know regulation for raising quail in Maryland Howard county?

I want to raise quail just for my family, it will not be for sale or anything like that

Also in your state, do you have to report (number of your quails, how many were sold etc) to the government?

Does inspector come to your house to inspect you?
