We now have a 5' x 8' coop, which we need to expand to accomodate our new peeps in the next few weeks. Does anyone have any ideas on how to expand the existing coop? Or should we just start over? We're trying to take the most inexpensive route possible. Anyone have pictures of your coop/run for 20+ chickens? Thanks!!

Check out the link in my siggy. The run was super easy to do and not that expensive either when you consider that it is a covered run. Good luck!
