Remove the MHP? Chicks are 3 weeks old

My chicks turned 3 weeks old on Monday and they stopped using their MHP at night that same day. I have them in an unheated laundry room currently with night time temps ranging down into the high 40s to high 50s and daytime temps ranging from high 50s to mid 80s. They still use it sometimes during the day but at night they are huddling together in a corner of the brooder box farthest away from the MHP. It was set at 4 but I turned it down to 3 because I thought it might be too hot for them. Should I remove it completely? I plan on moving them to the coop late next week and my plan was to move the MHP with them but if they don't need it, it would save me running extension cords out.

My chicks stopped using their MHP at one week of age. They live out side. Night temps in the upper 40’s. They are four weeks old now and almost completely feathered out. I’m sure yours will be just fine without it.
