I am looking to rent a Plucker. Has anyone done this I have heard that you can rent them cause they are pretty pricey to buy. I live in TN has anyone from TN rented one before in TN or does anyone know of a rental chain I.e. nations rent, sunbelt. Any suggestions are much appreciated
    Thanks

I have a friend I can rent one from. He said he needs to because it isn't making any money while it is just sitting and as you say, they are very expensive to purchase. Maybe you need to check your BYC state thread to see if anybody around you owns one.

I'm planning to buy one after this year, though, from the money I'll be making from selling at the farmers market and through subscriptions.

We rent one from our local conservation district. Kill cones, plucker, scalder. All for $20 a weekend.
