I had a question!
Im wanting to get NPIP registered and PT tested so I can start selling my birds in places that require me to be registered and tested to do so. My question is if I’m renting (the landlord doesn’t know about the quail) and I register and someone comes out to take a look at the coops and I use my renting address, when they register me is my city going to know and will my landlord find out? The city has chicken laws in place but they say nothing about quail. We do mainly use the quail we raise as a form of food so if we do get caught we could cull the flock but I’d rather not get caught, especially when I know several people wanting to purchase the quail projects I’m working on.
TLDR: if I register my flock for NPIP and PT with the state; will my city be informed and through that my landlord or is it just for form information needed?
