Rescue cockatiel - Gender help

Received a cockatiel and parakeet today from a less than ideal home. Going to take some work as the cockatiel very much wants to bite.

Anyway... I've had parakeets in the past but no experience with cockatiels. Presumptive male, but just looking to verify gender. Photo attached.

You may have to re-post the picture. Not all tiel colours can be feather sexed, but we can give it a try. There are also a few other ways you can have an idea of the gender, like behaviour.
