Seems like a good idea nowadays! LOL Well, right now my city has a blanket ban on any and all "livestock" and for once they were thorough ... however once my husband gets out of the army we are headed into the woods and rural life and a piece of property to have laying chickens and whatnot. Right now I am mostly in lurk-and-learn phase, but I do get chatty later on.

Welcome and keep lurking...I am half legal, I have hens and an illegal rooster I'm trying to keep under-rapes at night, so he wont end up on someone dinner table. Good luck and thank you and your husband for his service! Happy Thanksgiving.
