Reusing the Guinea Hen cage for chicks

'Ello again!

Quick question, can I reuse the Guinea hen pen for my chicks without too much fear of spreading any diseases or pests to the chicks?

I've looked around, but I dont seem to find anything definitive on the subject.
The Hens are almost big enough to free range, and definetly outgrowing the smallish pen they are in, so I'd like to put my chicks in it when they get big enough.

Just sanitize the pen before putting the chicks
in with clorox. I usually use the clorox at full
strength and spray it off good with water a few
days before putting a new batch of chicks in
and let it air out.
