I feel like it's a rooster even though it was a banded pullet. It is a little over 4 weeks old. Any help is appreciated!

With that comb, I also feel that it's male.

Unfortunately, sexing chicks is not perfectly accurate.
Most hatcheries claim it's about 90% accurate, which would be one wrong in every ten chicks.

That is a boy. Sorry, it happens, even with "sexed pullets", about 10% of the time.
