Rhode island red hen walking funny

I have a hen that I recently noticed walking a little bow legged and her feet are turned inward. Can a chicken pop her hips out of socket? I finally got a chance to inspect her and her belly is super swollen, like a water balloon, that's why she's walking funny. What can I do?

It does look like an injury.

Hopefully someone will come along with advice for treating and splinting the joint
