Hi, I have a Rhode Island Red that has started to get a reddish/copperish color on it't feet/legs. Is this some disease/tick? Looks very healthy otherwise. Comments are very much appreciated.

Red color on roo feet/legs is generally attributed to hormones on many byc threads I have read. I don't know about copperish color though.

Thanks for the update. I believe it is a pullet. At nearly 5 months old there are still no indications of it being a male, but you never know.
