Rhode island reds?

These are my packing peanuts (males for warmth) that came with my indian runner ducks there are 11 of them. What breed do you think they are? I am going to sell/give them away and need to know what to tell the new owners.

They are either RIR's or Productions Reds.

Thank you. I have listed them on craigslist for now I listed them as RIRs I hope I get some e-mails. I think I might keep just one though. Not sure...

I hope you do, too. I had my birds on craigslist and got my ad flagged. They said they do not take animal ads, can you believe it?

When you list your chicks/chickens on
craigslist; you must have them up for
'adoption' with a fee or ask for a 're-homing fee'.
That way your subject shouldn't get flagged.
There was a complaint about pets/animals
selling on craigslist, some groups thought
people wouldn't go to animal shelters to get
pets, so they changed the rules about
selling animals.
Seems silly to me, especially for Livestock &
Poultry, you don't normally find them at Shelters.

I explained the story on how they were added as extras for warmth and asked for an "adoption fee" so hopefully it wont get flagged. I have several people e-mail me already.

One of the local shelters out here always has chickens. Sometimes even goats. My uncle lives nearby and calls me and lets me know what they got. Kinda neat to me. I did adopt two roosters from them once and they were the best roos. Loved my dogs instantly. If an animal doesn't run from my dogs then my dogs won't chase it!
