We roused the old man at 6:30 p.m. to answer a special phone call from Kentucky. His lady love from Ky, otherwise known as Cetawin's daughter, Cheyenne, called to speak to my rooster, Isaac on Skype before leaving for school next week. Isaac skyped! He was admittedly a bit confused and drowsy (old men go to bed at 5 p.m., you know). You can hear him making little sounds when they are talking to him and looking all around, but he was a perfect angel standing on my kitchen counter, never made a move to leave. When he started finally looking at me and "yawning with his eyes", we decided he needed to continue his beauty sleep and let him go back to bed.
