3-17-1915 ~ 1-22-2011 He almost made it to age 96. He had a good life and I will miss him and have loads of good memories to hold me over. I hope he's with my Mom now. Wouldn't that be nice? Godspeed Fada.

[IMG] I lost my dad 12 years ago, & after 3 years of him suffering, it was a very sad relief wnen he left. You & him both know it was a good life. Dwell on the fun, fond memories as much as you can. [IMG]

I lost my daddy in 2006-still miss him every day of my life, but I know he's in a better place.
I still talk to him and I know he can hear me.

Luna, my condolences on your loss. Having lost my father 3 years ago I can empathize with your emotions. While I can't say that I don't still miss him, I do know that the more I think of him and all he taught me, the easier the loss becomes.
