RIR—hens or roos?

My Rhode Island Reds are around 18 wks old. I have one or two that have started trying to attack (peck) my shoes and legs. I’m now starting to worry I might have a Roo or two.

They are all pullets. Pecking at your shoes, etc. is just a way to get your attention. I have a 2 year old hen who demands to be picked up and held by pecking at my feet.

They look like my two girls, Ginger and Cinnamon! They are very curious and will peck at my shoe or a freckle on my arm! Sweet girls too

It's hard to tell from the pictures for me. I raise pure Rhode Island Reds. I think you may have a male in there. The first picture is a Production Red (Hatchery Rhode Island Red), Chester who was supposed to be a pullet. The circle in the bottom picture was for the legs. At a show years ago, a judge wrote on my coop tag that the legs weren't yellow enough so I worked on the legs.
