RIR/barred rock cross hen or roo?

    I'd go with rooster, but a whole body shot would help.

    I'm thinking pullet, but as the other poster said...we really need a full-body shot from the side.

    If the rooster was a RIR and the hens was BR that is a sexlinked rooster.

    Was the Rhode Island Red the Rooster or Hen?
    Also are you positive on the parents breeds?

    I'm not positive about its breeding at all. The guy told me that's what it was. But who knows for sure. Here's more pics.

    Sorry to piggy back on to this thread but I can't figure out how to start a new thread. I have one Barred Rock that I was thinking was a pullet, now I'm not sure. Any suggestions greatly appreciated. Here are several pictures of different views. Thanks in advance. By the way she's in with what I think are two Australorp cockerels. All are 6 weeks old and hatched myself.[​IMG]
