RIR gender?

Can anyone tell me if this is a cockerel or pullet or is it to soon to tell? He/she is about 4-5 weeks old, thanks!

That bird is a roo. But not always so check others too. I would say yes to a rooster.

Ok, I was really hoping he would turn out to be a pullet but he acts very different from the rest of the pullets and the older hens bully him more so I was really confused because he was meant to be a girl. Thanks for your help though!
