RIR Gender?

Hi everyone! This is my first time posting
This little guy is only 2.5 weeks old, but we have our suspicions about our supposed she being a he...
We are completely new to this, and have looked around the Internet a lot for clues. Obviously we can't know for sure right now, but I'm wondering what opinions may be on here
I haven't posted before, and am hoping the pic works. Don't know if you can zoom in or not either.

You're right...sorry--I wasn't very clear in my post I'm wondering about the RIR - the little red guy toward the left. (She/he is about 2 weeks younger than the BR.) I appreciate the reply!

I think its to early whenever he gets older most of the time the roos will have a bigger redder crest
