RIR ????? hatched yesterday

I hatched this lone RIR baby yesterday. It is so light colored, is this what they look like as chicks? Never had any so really don't know. I'd assumed they were born a bit darker in color and more red? What do ya think?

That's a buff baby, not red. So no I don't think it's RIR. Cute though!

RIR's have a dark band down their back as chicks. No dark band, then they are not real RIR's.
