RIR Hen or Roo?

I ordered my RIR from a hatchery, along with a Barred Rock and two Easter Eggers..they're all about 12 weeks old now. the RIR didn't seem to develop any faster than the others, but something about it makes me wonder if i got a roo instead of a hen. can anyone offer some insight?

darn, thats such a bummer...that one was my sons favorite but i definitely didnt want extra chicks right now. waiting to hear back from the hatchery on replacing him and possibly rehoming him.

well i have one that looked BIGGER than that and she was my first layer so you should still have some hope
