RIR red cockerel??

I know "shes" still young but should her comb be that present at this age? Maybe a cockerel?

The comb as shown is not necessarily indicative of being a cockerel - growth of this amount is not overly concerning. Now, if it were this large, had significant wattle development and was pink/red, that would be another story.
