RIR Rooster or Hen?

I'm new to chicken farming and im hoping someone can help me figure out if i have any roosters..I got 7 RIR in April. They are about 4-5 months old now. I'm pretty sure I have at least 2 roosters.no crowing yet, does anyone know when RIR start to crow/ lay eggs?

I've posted a picture showing which two I think are roosters.

I'm going to have to find a home for these guys as I'm not allowed roosters where I live. If there's anyone in the vancouver bc area looking for new additions let me know.

I thought they started to crow around 8 weeks? Is that not true.
I'm a new chick owner too

All roosters will crow on a different time i had a rooster start to crow at about 7 or 8 months.
